Lake George Winter Carnival

The Lake George Winter Carnival has celebrated Adirondack wintertime family fun since 1961. Outdoor activities take place every Saturday and Sunday in February. Opening Ceremonies, and the parade along Canada Street take place on the first weekend. Throughout the month, the carnival hosts the Polar Plunge, Cook-offs, fireworks, outhouse races, NYS AMA Sanctioned Motorcycle Races; ATV Ice Races, Lake George Dog's Got Talent Show, children's activities, Karaoke/Open Mic sing a longs and so much more. All events and activities are weather and ice conditions permitting, and are subject to change.
