Lake George Battlefield Park AllianceLake George, NY – The Lake George Battlefield Park Alliance, in association with the Warren County Commission for the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution, will host a day of events on Friday, December 12 honoring Henry Knox’s Noble Train of Artillery — the legendary 1775 expedition that brought 60 tons of heavy artillery through Lake George to George Washington’s army in Boston—as part of a commemoration of the region’s key role in the beginnings of the American Revolution.
